How/Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose OWU because of the strong STEM programs offered here and the opportunity to be a part of the first-year wrestling team.
How/Why did you choose your major?
I chose my major because I am interested in the field of medicine and the major provides a thorough understanding of many of the fundamentals within the field.
Why did you choose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan?
In high school, I had planned on continuing my wrestling career to the collegiate level. I was drawn to wrestle at OWU because of the unique opportunity of helping lead the way for the new wrestling program. Coach Reid was another reason to come here as he made it evident that he was committed to growing the guys on the team in all areas of life, not just in wrestling.

I just take deep breaths and try to relax before I compete.

My youth coaches would always say: “be where you are supposed to be, do what you are supposed to do, and do it to the best of your ability.”
If you were told you only had one week left to live, what would be on your bucket list?
Skydiving and bungee jumping.
