How/Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose OWU because it gave me the opportunity to pursue my weird combination of interests, I was able to continue my athletic career, and because I was looking for a small student population and a small campus.
How/why did you choose your major?
I wanted to pursue my desire for coaching and my desire to learn about Chinese language, history, and culture.
What event/sport other than your own would you like to try?
The sport that I would choose if not my own would either have to be badminton or water polo.
Is there a specific coach or teammate who has helped you get where you are?
My high school cross country coach, Richard Mack, and my coaches here, Coach Ben Carlson and Coach Kris Boey.
Which three people, living or dead, would you like to share a meal with?
J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, and Mao Zedong.
What is your ideal travel destination?
Beijing, China
If you could visit another time, when would it be and why?
China before the introduction of the Western world, because I want to see a part of the world that had no Western influence at the time, where the country was entirely self-dependent.
