Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose Ohio Wesleyan University because I was given the opportunity to continue playing basketball for a great program, and when I came on my visit the campus and people made it feel like home.
Why did you choose your major?
I always knew that I wanted to continue to be involved in sports and after having an injury, I knew I wanted to help athletes get back into sports after an injury.
Do you have any pre-event rituals or superstitions?
One pre-event ritual I enjoy doing before any game is to listen to music and dance around with my teammates to get loose.
Why did you choose your event/position?
I chose to be a point guard because I am only 5-4, so unfortunately I couldn't be a post player. I also chose to be a point guard because it continues to give me opportunities to learn to be a better vocal leader.
What are your strengths as an athlete (as an individual)?
I would say my strengths are that I love to push my teammates to get better every day and I bring positive energy on and off the court. As an individual, my strengths are that I am an easy person to communicate with and enjoy being a positive light on my fellow peers.
Is there a specific coach or teammate who has helped you get where you are?
Coach (Stacey) Lobdell has helped me grow my leadership skills and helped me become a better athlete and individual on and off the court. Along with that, all of my fellow teammates continue to push me to be better each and every day.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
If I could have a super power I would want to have super speed so that I could be really fast when it comes to playing basketball and I would be able to go to the Olympics and win a gold medal.
What is your favorite place to eat in Delaware, and what is your go-to dish there?
My favorite place to eat in Delaware is Typhoon and my go-to dish is sesame chicken with white rice and cannot forget that side of water!
Which reality show would you like to star in and why?
If I could be on a reality TV show I would love to be on The Bachelorette as the Bachelorette so that I can have the ability to find my true love.
