Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose Ohio Wesleyan because I liked the family feeling I got when I came to campus and it is also close enough to my hometown to where I can go home, but far enough that I am not in my back yard.
Why did you choose your majors?
I always wanted to help people and go into medicine in some form. As for the psychology part, I think it is just interesting to learn about the way people feel and think.
What is your favorite memory on an Ohio Wesleyan team?
My favorite memory on an OWU team is back in the fall when we had an alumni game and also a parents/player game. The atmosphere was so welcoming and it just made me realize how fun the next four years will be.
What are your strengths as an athlete (as an individual)?
I would say that my strengths as an athlete are my work ethic and also my compassion for not only the game but also my teammates. I feel that being in love with the game is something that just makes being an athlete so much more fun.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
Our team goal for this season is to prove to everyone that just because we are young, we are not any less of a competitor than anyone else.
What event/sport other than your own would you like to try?
If I could choose another sport to play it would definitely be basketball because I loved it so much growing up that I would love to step on the court just one more time.
Is there a specific coach or teammate who has helped you get where you are?
The coach that helped me get to where I am today is my high school golf coach, Scott Norman. He taught me so many life lessons through sports that I would never have known before and it truly helped make me a better person and athlete.
Which three people, living or dead, would you like to share a meal with?
Kevin Hart, Lauren Chamberlain, and my great-grandma Zoe
What is your ideal travel destination? Why?
My ideal travel destination would be Italy because I find it so intriguing and interesting. I also have been studying Italian during my time at OWU.
What is your favorite place to eat in Delaware, and what is your go-to dish there?
My favorite place to eat in Delaware is The Flying Pig. I always get the mac and cheeseburger when I go there.
