Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose Ohio Wesleyan because I liked how Delaware felt really small and like home, but also has so much to do nearby. I also felt it was a great fit for me to continue my academic and athletic career.
How/why did you choose your major?
I love to work with kids and I want to coach. I want to have a positive impact on kids' lives, like so many of my teachers and coaches had on me.
Why did you choose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan?
I loved how genuine and welcoming the girls were and how coach (Stacey) Lobdell focuses on helping us grow as not only athletes but as people too.
Do you have any pre-event rituals or superstitions?
I always go down early to get extra shots up before warmups.
Why did you choose your event/position?
I have always loved the challenge basketball gives me, and working with a team to achieve a common goal is really special.
Why do you like your event/position?
It's always been a stress reliever and escape for me to get in the gym and get shots up and clear my mind.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
Win a conference championship and get BAG TAGS
Last year you led the conference in 3-point field goal percentage and were clutch for 3-pointers, is that something that you continued to work on coming into this year? How does that impact your role now and how did it help the team last year?
During the offseason I worked on my midrange shot and other aspects of the game that will help make me a more versatile player. I definitely continued to work on my 3-point range and accuracy in the offseason as well. I know that will be a big part of my role again this season.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Time travel, because I think it would be really cool to go back in time and see what my parents and grandparents were like as kids.
Which reality show would you like to star in and why?
The Kardashians, so I can know what Kylie Jenner named her baby!
If you could visit another time, when would it be and why?
I would visit the '80s-'90s to see my parents and grandparents back then, and to see an NBA basketball game to settle the Jordan vs LeBron debate on who's the GOAT.
