Class year: 2026
Major: Environmental studies
Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
I chose OWU because of the small class sizes, tight-knit community, and welcoming volleyball team. The pretty campus is also a plus.
Why did you choose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan?
I wasn't ready to be done with volleyball and OWU gave me the best opportunity to continue playing while getting a great education.
What is your favorite memory on an Ohio Wesleyan team?
Beating the No. 4-ranked team is a pretty cool memory with my team. I also love to go support other teams when I can.
Why do you like your position?
I like my position (setter) because it gives me a lot of room to control the court. I also like having to be strategic with the plays we run and who I set.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
We're bringing home a ring this year!!!!
What athletic or academic achievement/accomplishment are you most proud of? What did you do to put yourself in position to achieve that?
I am most proud of making the Dean's List in the fall and spring as well as (being named) North Coast Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year (in 2022). I spent a lot of time at our library and worked hard to have a good student-athlete balance in order to achieve this.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Teleportation
Which reality show would you like to star on and why?
"The Amazing Race" because I would get to travel and I just think it would be so fun.
If you could visit another time, when would it be and why?
I would go 60 years back in time to hang out with my grandparents when they were as old as I am today.
What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a student-athlete?
DO IT! If you have the opportunity to be a student-athlete, do it. Although it can be a lot at times, the experiences you have are so worth it. You become a part of a very fun and supportive community and have opportunities to be involved in so many different things. I went to Italy this past summer and competed against Italian volleyball teams with girls from all across the States.
