Why did you choose Ohio Wesleyan?
When I came on my first visit here, everyone from the faculty to the students welcomed me. I felt as if OWU was already a second home.
Why did you choose your majors?
I chose my majors because I love working with kids. I love helping kids reach their goals.
Why did you choose to compete in sports at Ohio Wesleyan?
I've played softball my entire life and I really wanted to play at the college level. I also wanted to join a team that would welcome me instantly and that is exactly what this team has done.
Do you have any pre-event rituals or superstitions?
I do not have any pre-event superstitions but I have some that I do DURING the game. During the game I have to roll my bat in the palms of my hands.
What are your strengths as an athlete (as an individual)?
As an athlete, my strengths involve my speed and the ability I have to track a ball. I am a slapper and that also makes me an advantage against other teams.
What is your number one goal, personal or team, for this season?
My number one goal personally is to have a .300+ batting average my freshman year.
What athletic or academic achievement/accomplishment are you most proud of? What did you do to put yourself in position to achieve that?
The athletic achievement that I am most proud of is being the first girl in all of my high school softball program history to get all-state recognition.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
If I could have a superpower it would be shapeshifting.
What is your walkup song and why?
My walkup song is "Breakin' Dishes" by Rhianna because I think it has a really cool beat.

What is your ideal travel destination?
My ideal travel destination would be going to Greece.
If you could visit another time, when would it be and why?
If I could visit another time, I would want to visit New York in the late '80s or '90s because I think it would be super cool to be a teenager during that time.
