Ohio Wesleyan University Athletics

Bob Foster '75 lettered 4 times in baseball. As a freshman shortstop, he led the NCAA College Division with his .500 batting average. His .423 career batting average set an Ohio Athletic conference record. An All-OAC selection as a senior, Foster also established school records for hits in a game (5) and career (102) and for doubles in a season (9) and career (19). He was a 1973 Outstanding College Athlete of America.  Foster also lettered twice in basketball.
