Brian Burby ’75 was an Associated Press Little All-America selection in football.  During his senior year, he won the Ohio Athletic Conference's Hank Critchfield Award as the conference's Defensive Player of the Year and received the team's Most Valuable Player award.  He also was named honorable mention All-OAC as a junior.  Burby lettered 4 times as a defensive end, including his freshman year as a member of the Bishops' 1971 OAC champion and Stagg Bowl team.
