Cindy Stedman '86 was an All-North Coast Athletic Conference defender in field hockey.  She anchored the Bishop defense for 3 seasons, helping Ohio Wesleyan improve from 7 wins in 1983 and 1984 to a school-record 10 victories in 1985, capping a season in which she earned All-NCAC laurels, served as team captain, and was named the team's Most Valuable Player.
