Dick Cromwell '69 set the Ohio Wesleyan single-season record for touchdown passes (16) and game records for passing yardage (330) and total offense (361).  With Cromwell at the helm, Ohio Wesleyan had two of its best consecutive seasons ever, 8-0-1 in 1967 and 8-1-0 in 1968.  In his senior year, Cromwell co-captained the squad and received the Mike Gregory Award as the best offensive back in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
