George Morris '62 was a Helms Foundation first-team All-America baseball player his junior year and served as honorary captain of the All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.  That season, he hit .417 to lead the OAC and the state.  A year later, he made one error in 153 chances at first base and again was an All-OAC selection.  Morris also tied a conference record with 5 stolen bases in one game, still a Bishop standard.
