Howard White '35 was a great broken-field runner in football, once running for 90 yards against Marshall. He was named to the All-Buckeye team his junior and senior years, and to the All-Ohio team his senior year. White also excelled in track, where he ran and performed in the broad jump. He went to many national meets where he won considerable recognition.
