Ohio Wesleyan University Athletics

James Reiser '40 played both basketball and football for the Bishops.  He was all-conference, captain of the All-Ohio football team, and first-team Little All-America as an end in football.  He also was co-captain of the basketball team and an all-conference selection in basketball.  Reiser is one of the few Wesleyan men ever to be named most valuable player in both football and basketball.
