McQuade buried a 3-pointer to open the scoring, and sophomore post Taylor Dickson (Baltimore/Liberty Union) hit a 3-pointer that tied the game at 6-6.
Henning followed with a jumper that gave the Bishops an 8-6 lead with 15:02 left in the first half.
Capital answered with a bucket by Colleen Fondessy and a 3-pointer by Nina Napolitano before Chelsea Pla sank a pair of free throws.
Senior post LaNiece McRae (Youngstown/Chaney) hit a basket from the lane to bring the Bishops within 13-10, but Kristen Thompson sank a pair of free throws and Shelby Sigman added a jumper for a 17-10 Capital lead with 9:38 left in the first half.
Dickson hit a pair of free throws to make it a 17-12 game, but the Crusaders responded with a 14-3 run that included 2 baskets by Sheets. A pair of Shelby Sigman free throws gave Capital a 31-15 lead with 1:24 to play in the period, and the Crusaders would lead by a 33-17 margin at the break.
Henning opened the second half with a basket to bring the Bishops within 33-19, but that was as close as Ohio Wesleyan would come.
Dickson led the Bishops with 16 points, while McRae added 12 points and grabbed a team-high 9 rebounds. McQuade and junior post Emily Julius (Avon) shared the Bishop lead with 2 assists apiece.
Sheets led Capital with 10 points.
