Caffrey brought the Bishops within 5-4 with 6:22 left in the first half, but the Big Red got a goal from Brooks Davy late in the period. Denison would go on to outscore Ohio Wesleyan, 6-0, during the third quarter, with Donohue and Liam Rooney scoring twice apiece.
