at Findlay Meet for Everyone
Sophomore Alex Barrett (Kingston, Wash.) recorded Ohio Wesleyan's best individual finish to lead the Bishops at the Findlay Meet for Everyone, hosted by the University of Findlay on Friday in Findlay.
The meet, which included competitors from NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA institutions, was not scored.
Barrett finished third in the triple jump and tied for sixth in the long jump.
Other standouts for the Bishops included sophomore Darcy Isaiah (Akron/Firestone), who was fourth in the 800-meter run; freshman Marquis Sena (Bronx, N.Y./Institute for Math & Science), who finished fifth in the 60-meter dash; freshman Cade Richeson (Worthington/Thomas Worthington), who placed sixth in the shot put; junior Delontaye Morrow (Medina), who was sixth in the triple jump; freshman Kyler Brock (Zanesville/New Concord John Glenn), who placed sixth in the 600-meter run; freshman Darien Ramirez-Wilson (Gurnee, Ill./Warren Township), who finished seventh in the triple jump; sophomore Jayson Blankenship (Medina), who tied for seventh in the pole vault; and senior Justin Reznik (Columbia Station/Columbia), who placed eighth in the weight throw.
The Ohio Wesleyan 1600-meter relay team of Isaiah, freshman Kudzovi Nuakey (Canal Winchester/Groveport Madison), senior Nick Horton (Westerville/North), and Brock finished third.
