at Mount St. Joseph Stateline Shootout
Senior Katelyn Bischoff (Marysville/Marysville Early College) was leading Ohio Wesleyan after the first round of the Stateline Shootout, hosted by Mount St. Joseph University on Saturday at Miami Whitewater Forest Golf Course in Harrison, Ohio.
Mount St. Joseph was leading by 2 shots after the first round, holding a 343-345 lead over Franklin (Ind.). Muskingum was in third place at 355, followed by Manchester (378) and Anderson (388). Ohio Wesleyan and Earlham, each with 3 golfers competing, did not record team scores.
Patricia Windholtz of Mount St. Joseph and Maci French of Franklin were tied for the individual lead, each with a 3-over score of 76.
Bischoff was tied for fourth place at 85.
Sophomore Amanda Momany (Toledo/St. Ursula Academy) was in 28th place with a 99, and senior Grace Rudolph (Centerville) was tied for 33rd place at 108.
The second round of the Stateline Shootout is scheduled for Sunday.
