Bodovetz opened the tournament by dropping a 10-4 decision to Eli Crum of Lycoming, but then stormed through the consolation bracket, reeling off 5 straight wins.  Bodovetz pinned Julius Boimah of Dubuque, recorded a 16-0 techinical fall over Nathan St. Bernard of Heidelberg, posted a 11-4 decision over Jackson Hawker of Ohio Northern, recorded a 14-2 major decision over Kolby Crowe of Tiffin, and defeated Owen Frizzell of Heidelberg, 7-3, to move into the third-place match against Montavious Yearby of Heidelberg, but the third-place match was not contested because Bodovetz had reached the single-day limit of 6 matches.

Shoup racked up a pair of wins to move into the championship bracket semifinals, opening with a second-round 10-5 win over Zac Stray of Otterbein, then pinning Joe Maier of Alma in the quarterfinals.  In the semis, Shoup fell to Donovan King of Olivet, but bounced back to pin Boe Eckman of Olivet in the consolation semifinal.  In the third-place match, Shoup lost an 8-3 decision to Jacob Noon of Tiffin.

Alexander won a pair of matches to advance to the quarterfinals of the championship bracket, recording a 4-3 win over Kaelon Lawson-West of Hiram and a 13-4 major decision over John Radey of Ohio Northern.  In the quarterfinals, Alexander fell to Brody Hawtrey of Dubuque.  Alexander moved on in the consolation bracket with a medical forfeit over Ramiro Guerrero of Olivet and an 8-3 decision over Brock Radeke of Dubuque before dropping an 8-0 major decision to Austin Amens of Otterbein in the consolation semifinals.  The fifth-place match set up as a rematch between Alexander and Hawtrey, with Alexander winning on a medical forfeit.

Freshman Gabe Bulugaris (Lewis Center/Olentangy) advanced to the fourth round of the consolation bracket at 141 pounds, moving with a medical forfeit over Clayton Royer of Lycoming and an 8-7 decision over Tamas Eder of Otterbein before dropping a 7-2 decision to Sam Ross of Adrian.
