at Polar Bear Final Qualifier

Senior Christian DeWiggins (Marysville), senior VaShawn Walker (Columbus/Bishop Hartley), senior Jayden Byfield-Ramirez (Washington, D.C./Wilson), and senior Joey Verdugo (Honolulu, Hawai'i/Upper Sandusky) represented Ohio Wesleyan at the Polar Bear Final Qualifier, hosted by Ohio Northern University on Saturday in Ada.

The meet was not scored.

DeWiggins finished fifth in the weight throw with a mark of 53-1¼, Walker was seventh in the weight throw with a performance of 50-3, Byfield-Ramirez placed 13th in the weight throw with a throw of 44-9¾, and Verdugo competed in the pole vault.
