at NCAA Division III championship

Junior Levi Kilian (Ault, Colo./Heritage Christian Academy) will represent Ohio Wesleyan at the NCAA Division III championship meet, to be hosted by the University of Mount Union and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission at Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio, it was announced by the NCAA.

Kilian will compete in the preliminaries of the 800-meter run, scheduled for 4:15 p.m. on Friday, May 27.

Kilian is seeded 16th in the event with a time of 1:50.78, which he posted at the Lee University Last Chance meet at Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn., on Saturday.  Kilian won the 800-meter run and the 1500-meter run at the North Coast Athletic Conference championship meet on May 6 and went on to repeat as NCAC Distance/Middle Distance Runner of the Year.

This will be Kilian's second consecutive NCAA Division III outdoor championship appearance in the 800-meter run.  Last year, he finished 16th in the final NCAA Division III standings.

The final of the men's 800-meter run is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 28.
