at NCAA Division III championship

Junior Levi Kilian (Ault, Colo./Heritage Christian Academy) finished 15th nationally while representing Ohio Wesleyan at the NCAA Division III championship meet, hosted by the University of Mount Union and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission on Friday at Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio.

Competing in the first heat of the 800-meter run, Kilian clocked a 1:53.25 to finish fifth and did not advance to the finals of the event.  He finished 15th in the national standings, with the top 9 places to be decided in Satuday's final.

Kilian was seeded 16th in the event with a time of 1:50.78.  This was Kilian's second consecutive NCAA Division III outdoor championship appearance in the 800-meter run.  Last year, he finished 16th in the final NCAA Division III standings.
