6th of 8 at Muskingum Amy Adams Memorial Invitational

The 1600-meter relay team of senior Jacob Bauer (Hilliard/Davidson), sophomore Trey Theobald (Archbold), sophomore Mason Myers (Perrysville/Hillsdale), and freshman Jake Marzulli (Medina) turned in Ohio Wesleyan's best finish during the second day of the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational, hosted by Muskingum University on Saturday in New Concord.

Walsh won the meet with 177½ points to 111 for John Carroll.  Otterbein finished in third place with 103 points, followed by Baldwin Wallace (75), Marietta (73), Ohio Wesleyan (65), Muskingum (58½), and Mount Union (14).

The Bishop relay team finished second in its event in 3:35.05.

Other standouts for the Bishops included freshman Chinedu Melenu (Bowie, Md.), who was third in the triple jump; freshman Mack Fincham (Springfield/Kenton Ridge), who finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles; senior Wyatt Wells (Marion/Pleasant), who placed fifth in the pole vault; Myers, who was sixth in the long jump and the triple jump; freshman Griffin Sawyer (Rocky River), who finished sixth in the pole vault; freshman Joaquim Bila (Westbrook, Maine/North Yarmouth Academy), who was seventh in the long jump and eighth in the 100-meter dash; and senior Zach Murrey (Logan), who placed seventh in the 200-meter dash.

Final Results
