at Mount Union Last Chance meet

Sophomore Trey Theobald (Archbold) posted Ohio Wesleyan's best individual finish at the Mount Union Last Chance meet, hosted by the University of Mount Union on Wednesday and Thursday in Alliance.

The meet was not scored.

Theobald placed second in the javelin with a throw of 190-11.

Other standouts for the Bishops included senior VaShawn Walker (Columbus/Bishop Hartley), who placed third in the hammer with a throw of 168-6; senior Alex Reidell (Centerville), who finished sixth in the hammer with a throw of 146-1; senior Jayden Byfield-Ramirez (Washington, D.C./Wilson), who was seventh in the hammer with a throw of 145-8; and junior Antonio Sonego (Medina), who finished eighth in the discus with a throw of 135-4.
