at Mount Union Last Chance meet

Senior Khloe Dubenion (Columbus/Academy) and senior Peyton Howell (Canton/GlenOak) won events to lead Ohio Wesleyan at the Mount Union Last Chance meet, hosted by the University of Mount Union on Wednesday and Thursday in Alliance.

The meet was not scored.

Dubenion won the hammer with a throw of 160-7.

Howell won the high jump by clearing 5-4¼.

Other standouts for the Bishops included junior Addystin Lykins (Carey), who finished fourth in the 200-meter dash in :25.60 and placed fifth in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash in :12.79; freshman Emily Davis (Brimfield/Mogadore Field), who was fifth in the discus with a throw of 125-11; senior Gabby Stefanka (Marion/Elgin), who placed eighth in the hammer with a throw of 122-1; and freshman Hazel Jolliff (Cardington/Cardington-Lincoln), who finished eighth in the javelin with a throw of 110-11.
