T49th of 73 at NCAA Division III championship

Senior Khloe Dubenion (Columbus/Academy) finished 19th nationally in the hammer while representing Ohio Wesleyan at the NCAA Division III championship meet, hosted by St. John Fisher University on Saturday in Rochester, N.Y.

Dubenion turned in a throw of 163-0 on the first attempt, then had an effort of 154-9 on the second throw before fouling on the third attempt.  The mark of 163-0 was good for eighth place in the opening flight, but Dubenion did not advance to the finals and finished 19th in the final national standings.

Dubenion was seeded 22nd in the hammer with a throw of 172-8.

With the 5 points in the high jump on Thursday, Ohio Wesleyan tied for 49th place among the 73 teams that scored in the NCAA Division III women's championship.
