The Ohio Wesleyan women's basketball team was ranked in a pair of NCAA Division III polls, it was announced today.

The Battling Bishops were No. 17 in this week's Women's Basketball Coaches Association Division III rankings, vaulting up 7 spots from last week's tie for the No. 24 spot.

Ohio Wesleyan was ranked No. 20 in this week's D3hoops.com poll.  Ohio Wesleyan is appearing the D3hoops.com rankings for the first time this season.

Last week, Ohio Wesleyan moved to 5-0 on the season with a 91-58 win over Muskingum and an 87-42 win over Heidelberg.

This week, the Battling Bishops visit Ohio Northern at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
