Senior A.J. Johnson (Sutton, Neb.) won an event to lead Ohio Wesleyan in a dual meet against North Coast Athletic Conference rival Wooster on Saturday at the Meek Center.

Johnson won the 1-meter diving competition with a score of 217.65.

Other standouts for the Bishops included sophomore August Lemert (Granville), who finished second in the 100 and 200 freestyle events; freshman Anna Lance (Delaware/Hayes), who was second in the 50 freestyle; senior Lily Davis (Dayton/Chaminade Julienne), who was second in the 100 backstroke; senior Brooke Parker (Etna/Pataskala Watkins Memorial), who placed third in the 100 IM; freshman Emilie Ott (Upper Arlington/Dublin Coffman), who placed third in the 1-meter diving competition; and junior Maddie Hoyt (Pataskala/Watkins Memorial), who was third in the 100 breaststroke.
