Sophomore Zoe Ward (Columbus/Worthington Christian) posted Ohio Wesleyan's best individual finish at the Steemer Showcase, hosted by Wittenberg University on Saturday in Springfield.

Ward finished fifth in the 3000-meter run in 10:20.74.

Other standouts for the Bishops included sophomore Allison Dietz (Newark), who was sixth in the 3000-meter run; junior Emma Hall (Ironton), who placed sixth in the weight throw; sophomore Addie Beck (Wadsworth), who tied for seventh in the pole vault; junior Claire Coleman (Cincinnati/Ursuline Academy), who tied for seventh in the pole vault; senior Ashley Beatty (Delaware/Buckeye Valley), who finished ninth in the mile run; and sophomore Brianna Montgomery (Gibsonburg), who was 10th in the 3000-meter run.
