at Kenyon Fast Chance Invitational

Senior Lily Davis (Dayton/Chaminade Julienne) and junior Maddie Hoyt (Pataskala/Watkins Memorial) recorded Ohio Wesleyan's best individual finishes at the Fast Chance Invitational, hosted by Kenyon College on Saturday in Gambier.

The meet was not scored.

Davis finished fifth in the 100 IM in 1:04.19 and was 13th in the 100 butterfly in 1:00.75.

Hoyt placed fifth in the 200 breaststroke in 2:44.58.

Davis and Hoyt teamed up with freshman Anna Lance (Delaware/Hayes) and senior Brooke Parker (Etna/Pataskala Watkins Memorial) for a second-place finish in the 200 medley relay in 1:58.33.

The Ohio Wesleyan 400 medley relay team of Lance, Hoyt, freshman Lillian Borofsky (Easton, Conn./Trumbull), and senior Josephine Stark (Sandusky/Castalia Margaretta) also finished second, touching in 4:44.84.

Other standouts for the Bishops included Parker, who was sixth in the 100 IM in 1:04.52, 14th in the 100 butterfly in 1:01.70, and 18th in the 100 freestyle in 1:00.66; and Stark, who placed eighth in the 200 butterfly in 2:35.25.
