Senior Tyler Bodovetz (Steetsboro) posted a pin to lead Ohio Wesleyan in a dual match against Hiram on Friday in Hiram.

Hiram's Ian Fuentes opened the evening with a 14-2 major decision over freshman Mason Irwin (Norwalk) at 125, and a double forfeit at 133 followed.

Freshman Liam Hatgas (Parma Heights/Holy Name) recorded a 20-3 technical fall over Hiram's Will Brodbeck, but the next 2 bouts went to the Terriers on technical falls, with Jackson Bowers defeating junior Gabe Bulugaris (Lewis Center/Olentangy), 19-1, at 149 and Kaelon Lawson-West defeating freshman Skyler Cornell (Port Clinton), 20-4, at 157.  Junior Luke Milanovich (Powell/Dublin Jerome) received a forfeit at 165.

Bodovetz pinned Hiram's Jimmy Thomas at 174, but the Terriers got decisions at 184 and 197, with Seth Holt defeating senior Des Perry (Garnet Valley, Pa.) by a 9-4 score at 184 and Jaden Bell defeating senior Geoffrey Kaminski (Lewis Center/Olentangy Orange), 11-8, before the Bishops forfeited at 285.
