Senior attacker Carson Geier (Milford) scored twice as Ohio Wesleyan outscored Albion, 4-0, during the first quarter on the way to a non-conference win on Wednesday in Albion, Mich.

Geier put the Bishops on the scoreboard just under 2 minutes into the game, and after goals by junior midfielder Garrett Smith (Fishers, Ind./Hamilton Southeastern) and sophomore midfielder Henry Ross (Snoqualmie, Wash./Mount Si), it was Geier again for a 4-0 Ohio Wesleyan lead.

Each team scored twice during the second quarter, and the Bishops pulled away during the third period, opening the half with a 5-1 run that included 2 scores by junior attacker Will Siegenthaler (Elmhurst, Ill./York), and when senior midfielder Joey Wiseman (Powell/Olentangy Liberty) scored during the final minute of the quarter, Ohio Wesleyan led by a 12-4 count.

Ross and Siegenthaler finished with 3 goals and 2 assists apiece, and Wiseman added 3 goals and an assist.  Senior Nathan George (Gainesville, Va./Battlefield) recorded 13 saves.
