Sophomore attacker Brie Colangelo (Providence, R.I./Moses Brown School) collected 3 goals and an assist as Ohio Wesleyan pulled away with a 9-0 run on the way to a non-conference win over Ohio Northern on Tuesday in Ada.

With the Bishops leading, 3-2, late in the first quarter, freshman midfielder Kaitlyn Sanders (Hilliard/Davidson) and Colangelo scored to kick off the Ohio Wesleyan run and close out the period.  Senior attacker Caroline Fleming (Pittsburgh, Pa./South Fayette) and Colangelo each had 2 goals and an assist during the second period as the Bishops extended the margin to 11-2 in the final minutes of the half.

Colangelo scored during the opening minute of the third quarter, and freshman midfielder Emma Reynolds (Delaware/Columbus Bishop Watterson) and junior midfielder Tiffany Trinh (Dublin/Scioto) added goals later in the period.  Fleming added a goal during the opening minute of the fourth quarter, and freshman attacker Jackie Harper (Henderson, Nev./Coronado) tallied twice later in the quarter.

Colangelo led the Bishops with 4 goals and 3 assists, and Fleming finished with 4 goals and 2 assists.  Senior Abby Markowitz (Las Vegas, Nev./Somerset Academy) made 3 saves during the first 3 quarters and sophomore Grace Lilly (Granville) finished the game in the Bishop crease.
