Senior midfielder Joey Wiseman (Powell/Olentangy Liberty), senior attacker Carson Geier (Milford), and junior attacker Will Siegenthaler (Elmhurst, Ill./York) scored 3 apiece as Ohio Wesleyan opened the game with a 19-3 run and went on to a North Coast Athletic Conference win over Wittenberg on Saturday in Springfield.

Senior midfielder Brady Hunt (Maineville/Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy) put the Bishops on the scoreboard just over a minute into the game and later added a score that kicked off a burst of 3 goals in a span of 37 seconds that stretched the Bishop lead to 6-0.

Wittenberg tallied twice during the closing minutes of the period, but Wiseman rang up goals just 23 seconds apart to open the second quarter, and Siegenthaler wrapped up the period with back-to-back goals that gave the Bishops a 12-3 halftime lead.

Geier and Wiseman each scored twice as Ohio Wesleyan outscored Wittenberg, 7-0, during the third quarter.

Wiseman finished with 3 goals, Geier collected 3 goals and an assist, and Siegenthaler added 3 goals.  Senior Nathan George (Gainesville, Va./Battlefield) recorded 2 saves, junior Will White (Pelham, N.Y./Memorial) had 2 saves, and sophomore Jason Mosher (Hilton, N.Y./Hilton) and freshman John Allen (Dallas, Texas/Highland Park) also saw time in the Bishop goal.
