at NCAC combined events

Freshman Kali Kohler (Wapakoneta) and freshman Abrianna Hite (Delaware/Hayes) represented Ohio Wesleyan at the North Coast Athletic Conference combined-events meet, hosted by Oberlin College on Saturday in Oberlin.

DePauw's Katie Moore was leading the meet with 2809 points.  Kohler was in 10th place with 1657 points and Hite was in 12th place with 1606 points.

Kohler's best finish came in the high jump, with a mark of 4-6¼ good for seventh place and 491 points.  Kohler's best point total of the day came in the 200-meter dash, with a time of:29.00 good for 554 points.

Hite's best finish was in the 200-meter dash, placing fifth in :27.83 and racking up 644 points.

The NCAC heptathlon is scheduled to conclude on Sunday with the long jump, javelin, and 800-meter run.
