Sophomore Gabe Fogle (Delaware/Hayes) stood out for Ohio Wesleyan, but 51st-ranked DePauw defeated the Bishops in a quarterfinal match of the North Coast Athletic Conference tournament on Friday in Granville.

The match was played to decision.

The Tigers took the doubles point as Scott Anderson and Roee Sela defeated Ohio Wesleyan's No. 2 pairing of freshman Marcus Bode (Powell/Olentangy Liberty) and junior Kobe Francis (Boca Raton, Fla./Spanish River) by a score of 6-2 and the DePauw No. 3 team of Jake Louiselle and Diego Marquez shut out junior Rainer Holl (Williamstown, W. Va.) and sophomore Max Jody (Loveland), 6-0.

Fogle lost to Samuele Pia by scores of 7-5, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.

Freshman Ian Tsai (Taiwai, Taipei/Yang Ming) lost a 6-4, 6-2 decision to Anderson at No. 2 singles, and Holl lost to Marquez at No. 4 singles by scores of 6-0, 6-1.
