Freshman Lexi Rush (Galion/Colonel Crawford) was leading Ohio Wesleyan after the second round of the North Coast Athletic Conference tournament, hosted by Wabash College on Saturday at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Ind.

Denison maintained its lead in the team standings with a 619, but DePauw closed to within 5 shots of the lead after starting the day 9 shots behind.  Wooster was in third place at 671, followed by Wittenberg (674), Ohio Wesleyan (804), and Hiram (955).

DePauw's Becky Williams turned in an even-par 72 for the second straight round to take the individual lead at 144, finishing the day 10 shots ahead of first round-leader Isabella Dolan of Denison and Denison's Lizzy Grant.

Rush was in 17th place among individuals with a 175.

Freshman Audrey Nichols (Uniontown/Lake) was in 21st place at 187, freshman Angela Soellner (Stryker) was in 22nd place with a 193, and senior Ava Kutilek (Wilmette, Ill./New Trier) was in 26th place with a 249.

The third and final round of the NCAC tournament is scheduled for Sunday.
