DELAWARE, Ohio – Next Monday, the Ohio Wesleyan University community has the opportunity to come together and support current and future OWU student-athletes with Bishops for Bishops 2026, kicking off on April 6th and running through April 9th.

For 25 years, the Battling Bishops have thrived with support, coaching, equipment, and facilities funded through generous gifts to Team OWU. Bishops for Bishops aims to take that to the next level and provide the necessary resources for the Red and Black to compete on a national stage. Every gift made during Bishops for Bishops goes directly to each program and designation, creating an immediate impact for every Ohio Wesleyan student-athlete.

With over $70000 in matches and challenges, the Ohio Wesleyan community can go well beyond to take OWU Athletics from good to great to excellent. There will also be three participation based challenges to give teams a chance to score an extra $500 for uniforms, travel, and more.

Whether it is $5 or $5000, everything counts and will show that the Battling Bishops are all on the same team, Team OWU.
