2020 track & field: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during indoor season.
- Finished fourth in 800-meter run at Wittenberg Tiger Opener Dec. 6.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:35.46 at Ron Althoff Relays Jan. 17...also helped 2000-meter distance medley relay team win in 5:00.03.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:32.35 at Larry Cole Friday Night Invite Jan. 24...also was third in 500-meter run.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:32.70 at Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Feb. 1...also was fourth in 800-meter run.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:30.50 at Bob Shannon Invitational Feb. 8.
2019 track & field: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Helped 4000-meter distance medley relay team win in 11:08.93 and helped 1600-meter sprint medley relay team win in 3:55.45 at Ron Althoff Relays Jan. 11.
- Won 800-meter run in 2:02.45 at Tiffin Dragon Open Jan. 18.
- Named North Coast Athletic Conference Distance/Middle Distance Runner of the Week for his efforts at the Tiffin Dragon Open.
- Placed third in 800-meter run at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 26...also helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:31.82.
- Finished sixth in 400-meter dash at Denison Bob Shannon Invitational Feb. 2...also helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:30.96.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win All-Ohio honors with third-place finish at All-Ohio championship Feb. 9.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:26.43 at Flag City Open Feb. 16.

- Finished fourth in 800-meter run at Findlay Meet for Everyone Feb. 16.
- Named NCAC Distance/Middle Distance Athlete of Week after his efforts at the Findlay Meet for Everyone.
- Won 400-meter dash (:53.15) at Denison Last Chance meet Feb. 23.
- Placed fourth in 800-meter run at NCAC championship March 2-3...helped Bishops win team title.
- Finished fourth in 800-meter run at Lynchburg Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational March 23.
- Won 800-meter run (1:56.45) at Marv Frye Invitational April 6-7.
- Named NCAC Distance/Middle Distance Athlete of Week after his efforts at the Marv Frye Invitational.
- Won All-Ohio honors with second in 800-meter run at All-Ohio championship April 14...also was part of fourth-place 1600-meter relay team...helped Bishops win team title.
- Finished sixth in 400-meter dash at Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational April 21...also helped 1600-meter relay team place fourth.
- Placed third in 800-meter run at Ashland Alumni Open April 28.
- Won All-NCAC honors with second in 800-meter run at NCAC championship May 4-5...helped Bishops win team title.
2017 cross country: Won second letter as member of men’s cross country team.
- Recorded 185th-place finish at OWU Invitational Sept. 9.
- Turned in 70th-place showing at Otterbein Invitational Sept. 16.
- Was 104th at Gettysburg Invitational Oct. 14.
- Recorded 188th-place finish at NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional meet Nov. 11.

- Finished second in 800-meter run to help Bishops win team title at Ron Althoff Classic Jan. 13.
- Helped distance medley relay team win in 10:54.84 at Wooster Tri-Meet Jan. 21.
- Helped distance medley relay team win All-Ohio honors with third-place finish at All-Ohio championship Feb. 11.
- Finished fourth in 400-meter dash at Denison Last Chance meet Feb. 24.
- Placed third in 400-meter dash at Denison Big Red Invitational April 28.
- Finished seventh in 800-meter run at NCAC championship May 5-6.
2016 cross country: Lettered as member of men’s cross country team.
- Was 36th at OWU Invitational Sept. 10, helping Bishops take team title.
High School: Won 4 letters in cross country and 4 in track & field.
- Was first-team all-city selection in cross country.
- Helped cross country team win city championship 4 times and was member of 3 city championship track & field teams.
- Was member of school-record 3200-meter relay team.
