Justin Akers is in his second season as assistant men's golf coach at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Akers is a 2012 Ohio Wesleyan graduate.  He played golf for 3 years during his Battling Bishop career, helping Ohio Wesleyan to a second-place finish in the North Coast Athletic Conference standings his senior year.

He majored in sports management at Ohio Wesleyan.  Akers is a native of Richwood, Ohio.
