Finished second in 60- and 200-meter dashes at Wittenberg Tiger Opener Dec. 6.
Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:35.46 at Ron Althoff Relays Jan. 17.
Won 200-meter dash in :22.80 and finished fourth in 60-meter dash at Larry Cole Friday Night Invite Jan. 24...also anchored Bishop 800-meter relay team, helping team win in 1:33.05.
Finished third in 200-meter dash at Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Feb. 1.
Won 200-meter dash in :22.87 and placed seventh in 60-meter dash at Bob Shannon Invitational Feb. 8...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:31.45.
Helped 800-meter relay team win All-Ohio honors with third-place finish at All-Ohio championship Feb. 15.
Placed eighth in 200-meter dash at Steemer Showcase Feb. 22.
Won All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors with third-place finishes in 60- and 200-meter dashes at NCAC championship Feb. 29...also helped 800-meter relay team win conference title in 1:30.36.

2019: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.

Finished third in 200-meter dash and eighth in 60-meter dash at Case Reserve Spartan Holiday Classic Dec. 1.
Placed third in 60-meter dash at Ron Althoff Relays Jan. 11...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:33.93.
Finished fourth in 200-meter dash at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 26.
Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:31.02 at All-Ohio championship Feb. 9.
Placed fifth in 60- and 200-meter dashes at Flag City Open Feb. 16.
Won All-NCAC honors with second in 200-meter dash at NCAC championship March 1-2...also was eighth in 60-meter dash.
Helped 400-meter relay team to third-place finish at Wofford Terrier Relays March 29-30.
Won 100- and 200-meter dashes in respective times of :11.00 and :22.42 at Marv Frye Invitational April 5-6.
Named NCAC Sprinter/Hurdler of Week after his performance at the Marv Frye Invitational.
Helped 400-meter relay team finish sixth at Ohio State Jesse Owens Classic April 27.
Named Sprints/Hurdles Runner of Year at NCAC championship May 3-4...won 100- and 200-meter dashes in respective times of :10.93 and :22.04...also helped 400-meter relay team win in :41.99.

2018: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.

Helped distance medley team win in 10:55.44 at Wooster Indoor Quad Jan. 20...also finished second in 200-meter dash.
Placed fourth in 60-meter dash at OWU Open Feb. 9.
Helped 800-meter relay win All-NCAC honors with second-place finish at NCAC championship March 2-3...helped Bishops win team title.
Finished fourth in 200-meter dash and eighth in 100-meter dash at Cedarville Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open March 31.
Was seventh in 200-meter dash at All-Ohio championship April 14...helped Bishops win team title.
Placed sixth in 200-meter dash at NCAC championship May 4-5...helped Bishops win team title.

2017: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.

Placed third in 60-meter dash at Spartan Holiday Classic Dec. 3.
Finished third in 300-meter dash to help Bishops win team title at Ron Althoff Classic Jan. 13.
Was second in 200-meter dash and third in 60-meter dash at Wooster Tri-Meet Jan. 21.
Won 200-meter dash (:23.97) and finished second in 400-meter dash at OWU Open Feb. 10.
Finished eighth in 200-meter dash, helping Bishops win team title at All-Ohio championship April 15.
Placed third in 100-meter dash at Denison Big Red Invitational April 28.

High School: Won 3 letters in track & field.

Helped team win 3 conference championships and 3 District of Columbia championships.
Set D.C. record in 300-meter hurdles.
