2019: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Finished second in 200-meter dash and sixth in 60-meter dash at Case Reserve Spartan Holiday Classic Dec. 1...also helped 1600-meter relay team to second-place finish.
- Placed second in 60-meter dash at Ron Althoff Relays Jan. 11...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:33.93 and helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:36.66.
- Finished third in 200-meter dash and fourth in 400-meter dash at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 26.
- Won 200-meter dash in :22.68 and finished sixth in 60-meter dash at Denison Bob Shannon Invitational Feb. 2.
- Named North Coast Athletic Conference Sprinter/Hurdler of the Week for his efforts at the Denison Bob Shannon Invitational.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:31.02 at All-Ohio championship Feb. 9...also won All-Ohio honors with third in 200-meter dash.
- Finished third in 200-meter dash at Buckeye Tune-Up Feb. 15.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:26.43 at Flag City Open Feb. 16.
- Named NCAC Sprinter/Hurdler of Week after his performance at the Buckeye Tune-Up and the Flag City Open.
- Placed fourth in 60-meter dash at Denison Last Chance meet Feb. 22.
- Won NCAC title in 200-meter dash in :22.61 at NCAC championship March 1-2...also led off 1600-meter relay team that won in 3:26.12.
- Helped 400-meter relay team to third-place finish at Wofford Terrier Relays March 29-30.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:21.29 at Marv Frye Invitational April 5-6.
- Placed third in 200-meter dash at Marv Frye Invitational April 5-6.
- Finished sixth in 100-meter dash at All-Ohio championship April 13.
- Helped 400-meter relay team finish sixth at Ohio State Jesse Owens Classic April 27.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win NCAC title in :41.99 at NCAC championship May 3-4...also won All-NCAC honors with second-place finishes in 100- and 200-meter dashes.
- Finished second in 100-meter dash and fourth in 200-meter dash at Great Lakes Final Qualifying Meet May 16.

- Finished fifth in 200-meter dash and seventh in 400-meter dash at Case Reserve Spartan Holiday Classic Dec. 2.
- Won 400-meter dash (:52.98) at Wooster Indoor Quad Jan. 20.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:33.41 at Denison Bob Shannon Invitational Feb. 3...also finished third in 400-meter dash and fourth in 200-meter dash.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win All-Ohio honors with third-place finish at All-Ohio championship meet Feb. 10.
- Helped 800-meter relay win All-NCAC honors with second-place finish at NCAC championship March 2-3...also placed seventh in 200-meter dash...helped Bishops win team title.
- Finished fifth in 200-meter dash at Lynchburg Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational March 23.
- Helped 400-meter relay team to second-place finish at Cedarville Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open March 31.
- Won All-Ohio honors as part of second-place 400-meter relay team at All-Ohio championship April 14...also placed fourth in 200-meter dash and was part of fourth-place 1600-meter relay team...helped Bishops win team title.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win in :43.04 at Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational April 21.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win NCAC title in :42.03 at NCAC championship May 4-5...also was fourth in 200-meter dash...helped Bishops win team title.
- Helped 400-meter relay team place third at Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight Meet May 11.
2017: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Won 300-meter dash (:37.05) and helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:33.68 to help Bishops win team title at Ron Althoff Classic Jan. 13.
- Helped 800- and distance medley relay teams win All-Ohio honors at All-Ohio championship Feb. 11...helped 800-meter relay team to second-place finish and distance medley relay team to third-place showing.
- Named NCAC Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of Week after his performance at All-Ohio championship meet.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:31.62 at Denison Last Chance meet Feb. 24...also placed second in 60-meter dash.
- Named Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Year after winning 200-meter dash in :22.40, helping 800-meter relay team win in 1:30.59, and helping 1600-meter relay team win All-NCAC honors with third-place finish at NCAC championship March 3-4, helping Bishops win team title...also won All-NCAC honors with third-place showing in 60-meter dash.
- Finished second in 200-meter dash at Wooster Invitational March 31-April 1...also helped 1600-meter relay team to a win in 3:25.94.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win All-Ohio title in :42.03, helping Bishops win team title at All-Ohio championship April 15.
2016: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Helped 800-meter relay team to a win as Bishops won team title at OWU Triangular Jan. 15.
- Finished second in 200-meter dash at Kenyon College Classic Feb. 20.
- Finished second in 400-meter dash at Denison Last Chance meet Feb. 26.
- Won All-NCAC honors with third-place finish in 400-meter dash as Bishops won conference title at NCAC meet March 4-5...also placed seventh in 200-meter dash.
- Finished fifth in 200-meter dash as Bishops won team title at Marv Frye Invitational April 10...helped 400-meter relay team to second-place finish and helped 1600-meter relay team finish third.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win All-Ohio title (:41.64) as Bishops won team title at All-Ohio championship April 16.
- Placed second in 400-meter dash at Denison Big Red Invitational April 29.
High School: Earned 4 letters in track & field and 3 in cross country.
