Biography
2025: Member of men’s track & field team.
- Won javelin with throw of 201-10 at Virginia Opener March 22.
- Named North Coast Athletic Conference Field Events Athlete of Week after the Virginia meet.
- Was second in javelin at Denison Lid-Lifter March 29.
- Won NCAC title in javelin with throw of 205-2 at NCAC championship May 3.
- Won javelin with throw of 207-11 at Spire Last Chance meet May 12.
- Received All-Great Lakes Region honors in javelin from United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
- Won All-America honors in javelin at NCAA Division III championship May 22...turned in throw of 209-0 on his second attempt to take the lead...recorded throw of 216-2 on final attempt to move from seventh to third...finished fourth in final standings...mark of 216-2 was the best performance in the history of the NCAC.
- Received Academic All-District® recognition from College Sports Communicators.
- Won first-team Academic All-America® honors from College Sports Communicators.
- Received Division III All-Academic Track & Field honors from USTFCCCA.
2024: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Finished second in 200-meter dash at OWU Open Feb. 9.
- Was seventh in javelin at Lynchburg Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational March 23.
- Placed sixth in javelin at Tiffelberg Open March 30.
- Won javelin with throw of 160-10 at Marv Frye Invitational April 6.
- Won javelin with throw of 179-3 at All-Ohio championship April 13.
- Finished seventh in javelin with throw of 172-2 at Jesse Owens Classic April 19.
- Won javelin with throw of 177-1 at Kenyon Duane Gomez Invitational April 20.
- Set school record with throw of 193-11 in winning javelin at Denison Big Red Invitational April 26.
- Broke school record with throw of 199-9 on way to winning All-NCAC honors with second-place finish in javelin at NCAC championship May 3.
- Finished sixth in javelin at Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight meet May 9.
- Won javelin with throw of 192-4 at Mount Union Last Chance meet May 16.
- Received All-Great Lakes Region honors in javelin from USTFCCCA.
- Won All-America honors in javelin at NCAA Division III championship May 23...turned in throw of 213-6 on his first attempt, breaking own school record of 199-9 by nearly 14 feet, as well as Ohio Wesleyan javelin record of 211-5 set by Mike Grittani in 1984 prior to the 1986 implement change... mark of 213-6 was the best throw by an Ohio collegiate competitor during 2024 season and the best performance in the history of the NCAC.

- Finished third in 400-meter dash at Muskingum Invitational Jan. 21...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:34.77 and helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:34.19.
- Won javelin with throw of 148-8 at Muskingum Amy Adams Memorial Invitational March 24.
- Placed second in javelin at Centre Invitational April 1.
- Finished third in javelin at Marv Frye Invitational April 8.
- Won All-Ohio honors with second-place finish in javelin at All-Ohio championship April 15.
- Won javelin with throw of 162-9 at Otterbein Twilight Invitational April 21.
- Won javelin with mark of 160-0 at Denison Big Red Invitational April 28...added a seventh-place finish in 200-meter dash.
- Won All-NCAC honors with second-place finish in javelin at NCAC championship May 6.
- Placed sixth in javelin at Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight meet May 12.
- Finished second in javelin at Mount Union Last Chance meet May 18.
- Won All-Great Lakes Region recognition in javelin from USTFCCCA.
- Received Academic All-District® recognition from College Sports Communicators.

2022: Member of men’s track & field team...lettered during indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team to third-place finish at Wittenberg Tiger Opener Dec. 4.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:31.84, helping Bishops win team title at Ron Althoff Relays Jan. 14.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:34.41 at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 29.
- Finished third in 400-meter dash and eighth in 200-meter dash at Denison Bob Shannon Invitational Feb. 5...also helped 1600-meter relay team win in 3:32.65.
- Placed eighth in javelin at Marv Frye Invitational April 9.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win All-Ohio honors with second-place finish at All-Ohio championship April 16...also finished sixth in javelin.
- Finished sixth in javelin at Otterbein Twilight meet April 22.
- Placed second in javelin and fourth in 200-meter dash at Denison Big Red Invitational April 29.
- Helped Bishop 400-meter relay team win All-NCAC honors with second-place finish at NCAC championship May 6...also finished eighth in javelin.
Also: Mother, Caryn, played basketball at Ohio Wesleyan...uncle, Brad, played basketball at Ohio Wesleyan.
High School: Won 4 letters in track & field and 4 in soccer.
- Helped 800- and 1600-meter relay teams to state runner-up finishes.
- Was member of state championship soccer team.
