Mike Kroll


Mike Kroll is in his third season as assistant swimming coach at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Kroll came to Ohio Wesleyan from Genesee (N.Y.) Community College, where he spent 2 seasons as head swimming & diving coach.  He guided the Cougar women's team to regional and district runner-up finishes, and led the men's team to a conference runner-up finish in dual meets.  A total of 22 student-athletes qualified for the NJCAA national meet during his stint at GCC.  While at Genesee, Kroll also served as aquatics director, sports information director, and in event management.

Prior to taking the reins at Genesee, Kroll served 2 stints as an assistant coach at Brockport (N.Y.) State.

Kroll is a 2006 graduate of Brockport State, majoring in history and minoring in Army ROTC.  He began his collegiate career at Genesee, earning Swimmer of the Year honors and serving as team captain during his sophomore season.

He is a native of Medina, N.Y.
