2024: Member of women’s track & field team...lettered during indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:50.94 at Wooster Indoor Invitational Jan. 13.
- Won 200-meter dash in :27.49 at Muskingum Jan. 20...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:50.21.
- Placed fifth in 400-meter dash at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 27.
- Won All-Ohio honors with third-place finish in 200-meter dash at All-Ohio championship Feb. 10...also helped 800-meter relay team win All-Ohio recognition with third-place finish.
- Finished eighth in 400-meter dash at Wittenberg Invitational Feb. 17.
- Was fourth in 200-meter dash and seventh in 400-meter dash at North Coast Athletic Conference championship Feb. 24.
- Placed second in 200- and 400-meter dashes at Marv Frye Invitational April 6...also helped 400-meter relay team win in :50.15.
- Won All-Ohio honors with second-place finish in 400-meter dash at All-Ohio championship April 13...also helped 400- and 1600-meter relay teams win All-Ohio honors with second-place finishes and added fifth-place finish in 200-meter dash.
- Won 400-meter dash in :59.39 and placed fourth in 200-meter dash at Otterbein Twilight Invitational April 19.
- Named to NCAC 40th Anniversary All-Decade team, recognizing student-athletes from the 2014-23 seasons.
- Won All-NCAC honors with second-place finish in 200-meter dash at NCAC championship May 4...also helped 400-meter relay team win All-NCAC citation with third-place finish...also was sixth in 200-meter dash.
- Finished eighth in 400-meter dash at Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight meet May 10.
- Won 200-meter dash in :26.00 and added second in 400-meter dash at Mount Union Last Chance meet May 16.
- Received Academic All-District® recognition from College Sports Communicators.

- Finished sixth in 400-meter dash at Muskingum Invitational Jan. 21...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:49.37 and helped 1600-meter relay team in win 4:33.29.
- Won 400-meter dash in 1:03.21 at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 28.
- Won All-Ohio honors as part of third-place 800-meter relay team at All-Ohio championship Feb. 11...also placed fifth in 200-meter dash.
- Won All-NCAC honors with third-place finish in 200-meter dash at NCAC championship Feb. 25...also helped 800-meter relay team win All-NCAC citation with third-place finish and finished sixth in 400-meter dash.
- Placed seventh in 200-meter dash at Muskingum Amy Adams Memorial Invitational March 25...also helped 1600-meter relay team win in 4:20.31.
- Finished third in 400-meter dash at Centre Invitational April 1.
- Placed second in 200-meter dash and third in 400-meter dash at Marv Frye Invitational April 8.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win All-Ohio title in :49.61 at All-Ohio championship April 15...also won All-Ohio honors as part of second-place 1600-meter relay team...finished fourth in 200-meter dash and fifth in 100-meter dash.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win in :49.11 at Denison Big Red Invitational April 28.
- Helped 400-meter relay team win All-NCAC citation with second-place finish at NCAC championship May 6...also finished fourth in 400-meter dash, sixth in 200-meter dash, and eighth in 100-meter dash.

- Finished fourth in 200-meter dash at Ohio Northern Larry Cole Invitational Jan. 21...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:50.32.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:51.17 at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 29.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win All-Ohio honors with third-place finish at All-Ohio championship meet Feb. 12.
- Helped 800-meter relay team win NCAC title in 1:45.01 at NCAC championship Feb. 26...also placed eighth in 200-meter dash.

- Placed third in 200-meter dash vs. Cedarville Feb. 12.
- Won 400-meter dash in 1:00.95 at Wittenberg Feb. 20...also helped 800-meter relay team win in 1:49.98.
- Helped 1600-meter relay team win in 4:25.03 at Denison Feb. 27...also was third in 400-meter dash.
- Placed second in 200-meter dash at Wooster March 6.
- Won 400-meter dash in 1:00.80 and finished second in 200-meter dash at Wittenberg March 26...also helped 400-meter relay team win in :51.58.
- Named NCAC Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of Week after the Wittenberg meet.
- Won 200- and 400-meter dashes in respective times of :27.49 and 1:02.35 at Denison April 2...also helped 1600-meter relay team win in 4:23.11.
- Named NCAC Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of Week after the Denison meet.

- Placed second in 100- and 200-meter dashes at Denison Quad April 30.
- Won 400-meter dash in :59.67 and 200-meter dash in :27.07 at NCAC championship May 9...also helped 400-meter relay team win conference crown in :50.37 and helped 1600-meter relay team win All-NCAC honors with third-place finish.
- Named NCAC Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Year at the NCAC championship...also was named NCAC Newcomer of the Year.
- Finished fifth in 400-meter dash at Toledo Rocket Invitational May 15.
High School: Lettered 4 times in track & field, thrice in volleyball, and once in cross country.
- Finished fifth in state track & field championship meet.
- Won conference championships in 200- and 400-meter dashes as well as 800- and 1600-meter relays...went on to win district title in 400-meter dash.
- Helped cross country team win conference title.
