Terrill Webb is in her third season as a member of the Ohio Wesleyan track & field coaching staff.

Webb is a 2017 graduate of Bluffton University, earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science.  She was a 2-time All-American for the Beavers, qualifying for 3 NCAA Division III championship meets and winning 5 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championships. Webb also received All-Academic honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

She is a native of Kenton, Ohio.
