2021 track & field: Member of women’s track & field team.
- Finished fourth in 3000-meter steeplechase at North Coast Athletic Conference championship May 9.
2020-21 cross country: Member of women’s cross country team.
2019 cross country: Member of women’s cross country team.
2019 track & field: Member of women’s track & field team...lettered during both indoor and outdoor seasons.
- Placed sixth in mile run at Baldwin Wallace Dr. Taraschke Team Challenge Jan. 26.
- Won All-Ohio honors with third-place finish in mile run at All-Ohio championship Feb. 9.
- Finished 10th in 3000-meter run at Buckeye Tune-Up Feb. 15.
- Won All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors with second-place finishes in mile run and 3000-meter run at NCAC championship March 1-2.
- Finished 20th in mile run at NCAA Division III championship March 8.
- Won 5000-meter run at Muskingum Amy Adams Memorial Invitational March 22-23.
- Placed second in 3000-meter steeplechase at Wofford Terrier Relays March 29-30.
- Won All-Ohio honors with second-place finish in 3000-meter steeplechase at All-Ohio championship April 13.
- Finished 11th in 3000-meter steeplechase at Ohio State Jesse Owens Classic April 27.
- Placed sixth in 5000-meter run and 3000-meter steeplechase at NCAC championship May 3-4.
- Finished third in 1500-meter run at Great Lakes Final Qualifying meet May 16.
2018 cross country: Member of women’s cross country team at Liberty University.
2018 track & field: Member of women’s track & field team at Liberty University.
- Finished fifth in steeplechase at Big South meet.
- Her steeplechase debut at the Duke Invitational resulted in a Liberty freshman-record time of 11:27.17.
- Broke the 18-minute barrier with a 17:49.64 5K at the FSU Relays.
- Big South Presidential Honor Roll member.
- Finished ninth in the Big South 5K.
- Opened her collegiate track career with a 5:12.34 mile, good for 10th place at the Liberty Kickoff
- Placed third in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational 3K in 10:29.83.
2017 cross country: Served as a top-seven runner for most of the season at Liberty University.
- Finished 30th at the Big South meet, making her Liberty's No. 7 finisher.
- Was Liberty's No. 5 runner at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship, placing 174th overall.
- Clocked a 5K season-best time of 20:07.3 for 16th place at the Liberty Big South Preview.
High School: Lettered 4 times in cross country and 4 in track & field.
- Finished fifth in the 1600-meter run at the 2015 Ohio indoor state meet.
- Placed 23rd at the 2016 Ohio Division III state cross country championship.
- Won All-Ohio honors in cross country and indoor track & field.
- Was 4-time all-conference selection in both sports.
- Helped track team win district championship.
