Jeremy Carper is in his second season as a volunteer assistant coach of the Ohio Wesleyan University baseball team.
Carper came to Ohio Wesleyan from Thomas Worthington High School, where he most recently served as head coach of the JVA team. In his inaugural season, the Cardinals went 12-7. Previously, he was the assistant coach of the Cardinals' freshman team. In addition to coaching at the junior varsity level, he provided assistance to the varsity coaches, working with the Cardinal infield and outfield. For the last two seasons, he was the head coach of the fall baseball team Boss Aces 16U and summer baseball teams Columbus Cobras Carper 16U and Columbus Cobras Carper 17U.
He is a 2013 graduate of Notre Dame (Ohio) College, majoring in sports management with a minor in coaching, and playing infield for the Falcons. He continued his education by graduating from The Rising Leaders Program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2016, and is pursuing his master's degree in leadership with a concentration in business administration at Ohio Christian University.
Carper is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and attended Grove City High School.
