Lisa Tubbs in her 19th season as an assistant softball coach at Ohio Wesleyan.
Tubbs is an emergency room physician assistant who has achieved a handful of professional certifications and completed 9 clinical rotations in various specialties.
She is a 2006 graduate of Capital University, where she majored in exercise science with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy. While at Capital, Tubbs played softball for 4 years under Ohio Wesleyan head coach Cassie Cunningham, who was an assistant coach for the Crusaders at the time. She was named the team's Defensive Player of the Year once. Tubbs continued her education by completing the physician assistant master's program at the University of St. Francis (Ind.).
