Ohio Wesleyan University Athletics

Shelley Johnson is in her 15th season as an assistant softball coach at Ohio Wesleyan.

Johnson has 7 years' experience coaching at the high school level at Delaware Hayes, Sparta Highland, and Hilliard Davidson High Schools.  She was an assistant coach for 5 years at Highland, where she helped the team reach the district tournament twice, and served as head coach of the junior varsity team in her only season at Davidson.

She attended Muskingum University, where she was a member of the women's soccer team.

Johnson was a 2-sport standout at Hayes High School in Delaware, thrice earning all-conference honors in both softball and soccer, as well as all-district honors in softball.

She is a native of Delaware.
